Evenings at Animal Kingdom
Animal Kingdom park typically closes earlier than the other parks, and there is no Evening Spectacular. The park does offer Evening Extra Magic Hours, so there is some opportunity to spend time in the park after the sun goes down.
The attractions that are available during this time are limited, but the most of the headliners are available. Expedition Everest, in particular is thrilling after dark, with a beautiful nighttime view of the park and the resort beyond.
Other attractions available during the Evening Extra Magic Hours are Dinosaur, It’s Tough to be a Bug, Primeval Whirl, and the more child-friendly Triceratop Spin. Kali River Rapids is open seasonally.
If you are in the park at night, Festival of the Lion King is an enjoyable show. With the more limited offerings available during this time, it’s worth seeing.
